Unlocking Elevate

How you unlock Elevate will depend on the license your company has purchased.

Single user licenses

If you have purchased a single-user license, Elevate is unlocked with a HASP key. This is a perpetual license, i.e. the software will never expire. To activate the HASP key:

• Log onto your machine as an administrator
• Start Elevate and click the Click here button before inserting the HASP key.
• Wait until you get a message that the HASP drivers have been installed successfully.
• Insert the HASP key.
• Wait a few moments, and then click on OK. You should get a message that Elevate is unlocked.

You only need to activate the HASP key the first time you use Elevate. After that, insert the key and start Elevate.

Elevate Express

Elevate Express is activated with an unlocking code, which can be requested here. If your email is in our database, you will be sent an unlocking code automatically and immediately. Please check your junk mailbox if you have not received your unlocking code. Your unlocking code is perpetual and will not expire.

Company licenses

If your company has a license for Elevate, you can obtain an unlocking code here using an authorised email address. Unlocking codes are sent automatically and immediately. Please check your junk mailbox if you have not received your unlocking code.

For some companies, all email addresses @yourcomany.com are authorised. For other companies, only specific email addresses are authorised. If your email address isn't authorised, you should have been told about the contact with authorisation in your company. If you do not know who this is, please contact us via our website.

Company license codes do expire. However, if you install updates when notified, you should be able to use Elevate without interruption.
