Number of learning runs

This input is only applicable and active when the Analysis type is Simulation.

Learning runs may be used to test dispatchers which have a learning feature. The impact of simulation results obtained while the dispatcher is still learning can be discounted.

For example, if you set No of learning runs to 5 and No of simulations to run for each configuration to 15, the first 5 simulations will be used only for dispatcher learning, and only the results of simulations 6–15 will be considered in the analysis of performance.

Some Custom and External dispatcher algorithms implement learning. It is currently not implemented by Standard algorithms.
